Planning and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services, utilizing your knowledge of destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations to advise clients appropriately. Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and preferences, using this information to recommend suitable travel options and services. Employing promotional techniques and preparing promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each package. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary to ensure prompt resolution. Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools, staying up-to-date with new products, services, and policies to maintain your expertise. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, taking the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base. Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents accurately and efficiently. Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring that all interactions are handled in accordance with blithequark's standards and protocols. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to utilize these tools to manage customer interactions and data. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on productivity and efficiency. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, with a strong foundation in customer service, communications, or a related field.
