About the Role This is a full-time, remote position available to Michigan residents. As a Remote Customer Service Agent – Auto Dealer Support at blithequark, you will act as a vital resource for automotive dealerships, providing assistance with orders, resolving customer issues, and delivering fantastic service over the phone. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, responding to inbound and outbound conversations, including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communications as needed. Utilize your computer skills to research requests related to profile assistance, track vehicle shipments and vehicle orders, and assist with car warranties. Escalate critical orders and offer timely and accurate solutions to customer issues while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner. Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with care and attention to detail. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role where you interacted with customers. Excellent computer, typing, and phone skills, with the ability to speak and type proficiently at the same time. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to act as a consultant and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner. Solid work ethic, with the ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Degree in a relevant or related field, such as business, communications, or a related field. Experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of car parts, orders, and warranties.
