Job Overview As a Remote Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for interacting with hundreds of customers each week, resolving support issues, selling new products and services, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and ensure that customer information is accurate and up-to-date Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade and cross-sell products and services Explain and position products and processes with customers, and provide them with the information they need to make informed decisions Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with the managerial team, and work with them to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling, and follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved Candidate Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will need to have excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, and the ability to type swiftly and accurately. You will also need to have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a basic understanding of Windows operating system.
