About the Role: Remote Customer Service Agent As a Remote Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with hundreds of customers across the country every week. Your mission will be to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interactions: Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Sales and Upselling: Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customers to new products and services. Product and Process Explanation: Clearly explain and position our products and processes with customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Issue Escalation: Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction to the managerial team, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing potential negative impacts. First Call Resolution: Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling, reducing the need for follow-up interactions.
