Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, focusing on sales and enrollments without cold-calling, and provide exceptional customer service that meets or exceeds our high standards. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and at least 1+ years of experience in call center operations and sales. You will also need to reside in Florida to qualify for this position, and be able to work in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision.
