About the Role: Remote Customer Service Agent As a Remote Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing best-in-class support to our clients' customers through live chat. You'll work closely with our Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide unique solutions to our customers.
