Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Remote Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients, while working from the comfort of your own home. This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive compensation package, including bonuses and benefits. Key Responsibilities Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide sales support Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade and cross-sell products and services Explain and position products and processes with customers, while ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with the managerial team, while ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Candidate Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should have excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to type swiftly and accurately. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system is also required. Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Basic understanding of Windows operating system Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious) Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage Strong team orientation and customer focus The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the qualifications listed above, you should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
