Position Summary The Customer Service and Data Entry Representative will provide a wide range of administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. This is a remote position, and we will provide you with the necessary equipment, as long as you have a high-speed internet connection. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for data entry, follow-up on missing information, reviewing invoices, and compiling reports from our claims management systems. Key Responsibilities Primarily perform data entry of claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Follow up on missing information to process claims in a timely and efficient manner. Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying any discrepancies or issues. Compile reports from systems with claims information, providing insights and supporting the claims coordination team. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field, such as customer service, data entry, or administration. Basic computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, with any offer of employment conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in claims coordination or a related field.
