Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer service calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed and resolved efficiently. Dispatch incoming customer phone calls to the appropriate team members, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, including account details and service records. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring that all interactions are handled with courtesy, empathy, and professionalism. Resolve inbound customer calls regarding account inquiries, concerns, and issues, providing timely solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Takes customer orders and provide high-quality customer service, ensuring that all customer needs are met and exceeded. Make outgoing customer service calls to follow up on customer inquiries, provide updates, and ensure that customers are satisfied with the service they receive. Work closely with the customer service manager to ensure that all customer service issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Assure quality customer service to all customers, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism, courtesy, and empathy. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively. Ability to work independently in a home-based environment, with minimal supervision and maximum productivity. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as other software applications and systems. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with a proven track record of productivity and efficiency. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems. Experience with data entry, including accuracy, attention to detail, and speed. Certification in customer service, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation. Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages.
