Key Accountabilities Support Sales, Hospitality, Operations, People, and Conversion : Through our Shop C3 Program, you will drive sales, ensure a consistent sales floor experience, and support operational processes. Drive Sales : Provide an inspiring environment that motivates customers to add to their basket. Ensure trip assurance through a replenished sales floor. Deliver a Consistent Sales Floor Experience : Build customer connections with a greeting and execute an authentic hospitality experience. Support sales floor, fitting room, point of sale, and operational processes as required. Oversight of omni, freight flow process. Ensure all customers feel respected, appreciated, and rewarded. Build Trust to Solve Customer Shopping Needs : Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a frictionless customer experience. Accurately deliver on our operational processes, including BOPUS, BOSS, MLS, SFS. Build Rapport and Make a Genuine Connection with the Customer : Acknowledge and assist customers through our company programs. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers. Be a Savings Consultant : Help customers save with a Kohl's Card by converting, opening, and activating Kohl's Card applications. Courteous and Responsive : Always be courteous and responsive to requests and questions. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A strong background in customer service and sales, preferably in a retail environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues. The ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and meeting performance goals. Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications used in customer service and sales. A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
