As a Remote Chat Agent at blithequark, you will be the frontline ambassador, professionally acknowledging and responding to customer inquiries via chat and text messages in a timely and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that address customer queries effectively, reflecting the high standards of blithequark's customer service. Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, demonstrating promptness and efficiency in managing customer interactions. Identify and report any system errors or anomalies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operational systems. Work towards achieving a set minimum number of conversations per hour, balancing productivity with the quality of service delivered. Maintain an ERA (Efficiency Rating Average) above 10%, with coaching and support provided to ensure success and address any performance concerns. Operate seamlessly within multiple software platforms, adapting to our technology stack with ease and proficiency. Education and Skills Required To excel in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of the automobile industry, including knowledge of various makes and models of vehicles. This foundational knowledge will enable you to provide informed and relevant support to our customers. Additionally, you must have access to high-speed internet, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity and the ability to work efficiently from a remote setting.
