Job Overview We're currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Chat Agent to join our dynamic team. As a full-time, non-exempt member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in responding to inbound chat and text messages from our valued customers. Your primary objective will be to provide timely, thoughtful, and grammatically correct responses that exceed our customers' expectations and reflect the high standards of arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages in a professional and courteous manner Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient way Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring prompt attention to customer needs Identify and report any system errors or anomalies to the relevant teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services Meet productivity targets by working a set minimum number of conversations per hour, while maintaining high-quality responses Operate within multiple software platforms, adapting to new tools and technologies as required Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, with an ERA (Efficiency Rating Average) above 10%, and be open to coaching and feedback to ensure ongoing improvement Education and Skills Required To be successful in this role, you will need: A strong knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles Access to high-speed internet, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively from a remote location A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging responses to customer inquiries Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing you to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and building strong relationships with our customers Work Schedule We offer two alternative schedules to accommodate different preferences and needs: Schedule 1: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF) Schedule 2: Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF) Please note that these schedules are subject to change based on department needs, and flexibility is essential to succeed in this role.
