Job Overview As a Remote Customer Service Chat Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing our clients with timely and professional support via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service, from responding to inquiries about our travel services and products to helping them book and manage their travel itineraries. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, working closely with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Provide information about our travel services and products, including customized travel packages and promotions Help customers book and manage their travel itineraries, including making travel arrangements and providing travel recommendations Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, using strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Work with other teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our customer relationship management (CRM) system Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our travel services and products, as well as industry trends and best practices Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable using computers and software applications, including our CRM system, and have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. While customer service experience is preferred, it is not required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role.
