Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or work-from-home environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with patience and empathy. Proficient in computer and internet use, as well as software applications such as Microsoft Office. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Knowledge of blithequark products and services, or similar industry experience. Certifications in customer service, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
