Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remote Customer Service Fraud Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Customer Service Fraud Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our merchants and cardholders, responding to account inquiries, and identifying potential fraudulent activity. Key Responsibilities Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing standard and scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated within the fraud detection queues, ensuring timely and effective support to our merchants and cardholders. Assist with the completion of lost or stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity, and build credit card replacement orders, completing shipping materials as needed. Develop knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through comprehensive training, research of department policies and procedures, external regulations, and analytic techniques, as well as the expertise of more experienced fraud analysts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer inquiries and issues, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: A High School Diploma or Equivalent A minimum of six months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months Flexibility and openness to work schedules that include mid-shift to late shifts, weekends, and holidays as part of your weekly schedule Ability to work on camera at all times Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 12 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months Banking customer service experience, with knowledge of payment processing and fraud detection principles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate potential fraudulent activity What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our team members with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision care EAP programs and paid time off Recognition programs and retirement and investment options Charitable gift matching programs and worldwide days of service We also offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.00, although this is an entry-level role and the pay is non-negotiable. As a US-based role, you must be eligible to work in the United States and be flexible with your schedule, including working weekends and holidays.
