About the Role: Remote Customer Service Manager Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences Develop and implement customer experience strategies that align with blithequark's overall business objectives, focusing on improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to processes, policies, or procedures as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a unified customer experience across all touchpoints Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our customer experience offerings and stay ahead of the competition Manage and optimize customer service metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores, to ensure we're meeting our service level agreements and exceeding customer expectations Essential Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a remote or virtual environment Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty Strong understanding of customer experience principles, including empathy, personalization, and omnichannel engagement Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience using metrics and feedback to inform customer experience strategies Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation, discipline, and time management Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in customer service management, with a focus on leading remote or virtual teams Experience with customer experience platforms, including CRM software, helpdesk tools, and social media management platforms Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements, such as GDPR, CCPA, or HIPAA Certifications or training in customer experience, leadership, or related fields, such as CXPA, ICMI, or HDI Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello Skills and Competencies: Leadership: ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Problem-solving: strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Adaptability: ability to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and technologies in a fast-paced environment Customer-centricity: strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and behaviors Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
