Key Responsibilities and Expectations As a Remote Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will be diverse and challenging. Some of your key duties will include: Guiding customers in achieving their travel goals by creating personalized itineraries and providing exceptional support throughout their journey Living out our Core Values and Mission Statement, and embodying our company culture in every interaction Surprising and delighting clients with innovative solutions and personalized service, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported Responding to client inquiries and requests promptly, and managing payments and sending payment reminders in a timely and efficient manner Handling flight changes, seat assignments, and concierge details such as spa, tour, and dinner reservations with precision and attention to detail Corresponding with clients about their preferences, arranging surprises, welcome notes, and notifying hotels of preferences before departure to ensure a seamless travel experience Preparing client documents and travel tips, advising on what should be printed, and ensuring that everything is ready 3 weeks before departure Assisting with internal coordination and distributing necessary information to ensure that our team is aligned and working towards common goals Setting schedules and managing time effectively to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote work environment Managing client profiles and bookings with accuracy and attention to detail, and serving as backup travel support or the main point of contact during emergencies, even outside of normal office hours Continuously growing in your ability to implement tools that enhance our remote workplace culture, and contributing to the development of best practices and procedures that drive our team's success Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills, qualities, and experience.
