Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, or chat channels. As a customer service representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for assisting others will make you an ideal candidate for this position. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent service to every customer, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded Register and verify customers' admission to clubs and/or lounges Complete all guest experience elements, including greeting customers by name, providing WIFI passwords, and offering assistance Make and confirm flight reservations using semi-automated systems Check in premium passengers and handle flight changes, rebooking, and passport verification Track flights for boarding schedules, delays, or disruptions to best serve customer needs Issue customer tickets, including day of departure, reissues, and future tickets Cancel passenger reservations as requested Prioritize customers, including upgrades and standby Resolve customer travel difficulties promptly and efficiently Contact next-level customer service support as needed to handle unresolved customer issues Record customer issues in the passenger name record (PNR) Carry out club enrollment or sales operations, including Admiral's Club or credit card subscriptions Coordinate services for customers with elite status, including Concierge Key program and Five Star service Assist customers with luggage and maintain the appearance of lounges or clubs Engage with business partners to ensure food and beverages are available to club and/or lounge customers Supervise business partners providing services to the club(s) and/or lounge Help customers with technology available in the club(s) and/or lounge Reserve meeting rooms and coordinate services for gatherings held in conference rooms Complete opening and closing procedures for the club(s) and/or lounge Respond to escalating customer issues or concerns Perform liquor inventory audits with beverage business partners (at some airports) Monitor the KeyStar system to ensure suitable services are provided to clients (at some airports) Essential Qualifications GED or high school diploma Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) Some locations require bilingual language capabilities Ability to pass an FAA criminal background check for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA) Able to obtain proper airport authorization and/or US Customs security badges (if applicable) Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience Experience in the travel industry Computer skills and experience with internal systems and resources Excellent organizing and administrative skills Ability to work irregular and/or long hours, including weekends and holidays Strong salesmanship and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and service-oriented with a high level of professionalism Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
