Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records, using computer systems and customer service software to ensure seamless communication and follow-up. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
