Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and other relevant details to help customers make informed decisions about their travel arrangements. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to internal teams when necessary. Collaborate with internal teams, including reservations, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues promptly. Adhere to blithequark's policies and procedures to maintain service quality, ensuring that all customer interactions meet our high standards. Utilize computer systems and customer service software to manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.
