Essential Qualifications Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong self-motivation, discipline, and time management skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software, including CRM systems, chat platforms, and other technology tools. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure that our customers receive 24/7 support. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of remote work.
