About the Role As a CSR, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer experiences to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a typical call center job; instead, you will be working with an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and assists customers in troubleshooting. Your role will be crucial in driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide world-class customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their inquiries and concerns Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License, with our company covering the costs of your time and materials Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative and demonstrating a high level of self-motivation and discipline Maintain regular and timely attendance, ensuring that you are available to support our clients during business hours Make informed decisions, problem-solve, and uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues Manage individual stress and composure, ensuring that you remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing business needs Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent A designated space and internet capability to work from home, ensuring that you can maintain a productive and distraction-free work environment Able to pass a background check, demonstrating your integrity and trustworthiness Extensive experience with Microsoft Office or G-Suite, enabling you to efficiently manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, demonstrating your ability to self-motivate and work independently Property and Casualty License, or willingness to obtain, showcasing your commitment to professional development and growth Insurance industry knowledge, enabling you to provide informed and effective support to our clients Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, facilitating your ability to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, facilitating your ability to resolve complex customer inquiries and concerns High level of self-motivation and discipline, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously Strong attention to detail, ensuring that you maintain accurate records and provide informed support to our clients Career Growth Opportunities: At Veracity Insurance Solutions, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
