Job Overview: Remote Customer Service Representative We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Member Service Representative, you will provide telephone assistance to Medicaid members and providers, addressing a wide range of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. Your exceptional customer skills and ability to work independently will enable you to deliver an outstanding experience to our callers every time. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming member and provider calls, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs. Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via an ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted) to ensure seamless and secure communication. Participate in comprehensive training provided by arenaflex, which includes equipment and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role. Adhere to the training schedule (first 6 weeks: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday) and production schedule (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday) to meet performance standards and call quality goals. Requirements for Success: To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements: Reside within 50 miles of Charleston, WV, and be able to commute to the office when necessary due to prolonged technical issues. Demonstrate effective communication skills, both orally and in written form, to interact with members and providers. Prove self-sufficiency and the ability to work from home, meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working remotely in a call center setting, with a proven track record of success. Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare, with a deep understanding of the intricacies of these programs. Education and Compensation: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. The typical pay range for this position is $17.00 - $25.15 per hour, depending on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
