Job Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative, where you'll work from the comfort of your own home and deliver exceptional customer experiences to our clients. This is NOT a telemarketing position, and we're looking for individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch customer service and support. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound programs, providing product and service information, and resolving technical issues in a professional and courteous manner.
