About the Job As a remote beauty advisor for arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and chat. You will respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide general support. Key Responsibilities Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone and chat in a timely and professional manner Demonstrate high standards for quality service and ensure that all client interactions are handled with courtesy and professionalism Keep up-to-date with product and procedural knowledge and assess industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information to clients Work in tandem with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency Maintain an open communication line with team leads, quality advocates, trainers, and managers for support and personal development Maintain business acumen, courtesy, and professionalism when dealing with all client contacts Enter information accurately and fully document all client interactions in our proprietary call center database (CSC) Be punctual to work and adhere to all schedules and deadlines, including scheduled and special projects Strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals as outlined by management Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
