About the Role As a Customer Service Representative working from the comfort of your own home, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Help customers resolve basic technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity Offer additional products and/or services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell while prioritizing their needs Deliver expert customer experiences, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and contributing to the growth and success of our clients' businesses Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion.
