Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients via inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support in a professional and friendly manner Manage your time effectively to ensure that you meet client expectations and deliver high-quality results Utilize technology, including computer applications and software, to provide efficient and effective customer support Work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision, to achieve goals and objectives Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Schedule and Work Environment The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, with the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you. To ensure that you can work effectively, you will need to have a quiet and secure work environment, with a personal computer that meets the minimum requirements, a wired USB headset, and high-speed wired internet. You will also need to have a valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed, and a smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work. Earnings and Revenue As a remote customer service representative for blithequark, your contract earnings will vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, with additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics.
