Key Responsibilities Respond to phone, chat, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customers receive prompt and courteous service Provide accurate and helpful information to clients and tenants, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues in a clear and concise manner Assist with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease inquiries, ensuring that all customer needs are met and exceeded Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience when interacting with arenaflex Collaborate with team members to ensure that all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our customer service operations Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, following up as needed to ensure that issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied with the outcome Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, attending training sessions and workshops to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills needed to provide accurate and helpful information to clients and tenants Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, supporting the customer service team and contributing to the overall success of arenaflex Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills are also essential, as well as proficiency in using various computer programs and systems.
