Assist with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive customer experience through active listening, empathy, and effective problem-solving. Collaborate with team members to ensure all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve customer service delivery.
