Your key responsibilities will include: * Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues * Providing accurate and clear information about our products and services * Helping customers understand and manage their benefit packages effectively * Maintaining professionalism and a positive, solution-focused attitude in all interactions * Keeping detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions * Meeting and exceeding performance targets, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction * Continuously looking for ways to improve the customer experience and streamline processes **What We’re Looking For** We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are committed to making a difference in the lives of our customers.
