Job Overview As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will work directly with customers who call our inbound phone center, selling them top fitness products and services and being the voice of blithequark. You will be responsible for resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, making recommendations, and introducing customers to our VIP Family perks. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00, which includes a base rate of $16.00 plus bonuses for meeting sales goals. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner Sell top fitness products and services to customers, meeting sales goals and targets Make recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences Introduce customers to our VIP Family perks and benefits Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with blithequark Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, meeting productivity and quality standards Utilize computer software and technology to manage customer interactions and sales Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals Essential Qualifications Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high-volume call center environment (highly preferred) Reliability and flexible availability, including days, evenings, holidays, and at least one weekend day Ability to listen to customer needs, make effective recommendations, and apply technical knowledge Positive attitude and ability to be self-motivated in a work-from-home atmosphere Ability to type, navigate the internet, use basic computer software, and calculate simple retail math Engaging customer service skills to deliver a WOW experience to customers An already established work-from-home environment using your own Windows-based PC or laptop with high-speed internet Preferred Qualifications Remote/Work From Home experience Previous experience in the fitness industry or a related field Strong technical skills and ability to learn new software and systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and quality standards Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
