Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, delivering the highest level of service and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and assist with application data entry as needed. Respond to online chat inquiries and engage with customers through various communication channels. Interpret and follow established procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Be at least 18 years of age. Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s and a dedicated, private, and secure workspace. Use a personal laptop or desktop computer for the training period and have a cable/fiber broadband internet connection with a hard-wired ethernet connection. Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period and complete a background check and health screening. Possess moderate to advanced computer skills, a high level of comfort learning new technology, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, self-motivation, and success-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently from home. Preferred Experience and Skills While not required, the following experience and skills are highly desirable: Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles. Familiarity with group and/or individual health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, or related fields. Experience working in a call center environment or with CRM systems and practices. Spanish bilingual skills, which can be a significant advantage in serving our diverse customer base. Compensation and Benefits As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you can expect a competitive compensation package that includes: A base pay of $14.50 per hour, with enhanced rates up to $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance. Spanish bilingual base pay of $15.50 per hour, with enhanced rates up to $17.00 per hour. Paid training, full-time, seasonal temp-to-permanent roles, and performance-based incentives.
