Job Overview We are seeking full-time Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support via inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and other communication channels. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and help them navigate the health insurance enrollment process. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service experiences via inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and other communication channels Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve customer inquiries and issues Enter application data and maintain accurate records of customer interactions Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines Develop creative solutions to complex customer problems and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet performance goals and objectives Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop a deep understanding of our products and services Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels and maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions Essential Qualifications 18 years of age or older Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s and a dedicated, private, and secure workspace Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period and complete a background check and health screening Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite internet are not compatible with our internal systems) Moderate to advanced computer skills and a high level of comfort learning new technology Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of professionalism Self-motivated and success-driven with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer support or technical support role Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act Previous experience in a call center environment Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Spanish bilingual skills are a plus What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our team members with a comprehensive range of benefits and perks that support their growth, well-being, and success.
