About the Role We're seeking a full-time, remote Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning team in Maine. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, engaging with customers, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Engage directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide personalized support Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-ups as needed to ensure contact resolution Operate with understanding, utilizing active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to customers and team members alike Collaborate with teammates, managers, and other stakeholders using virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and webcams to contribute to a customer-centric culture of collaboration Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and informative support to customers Essential Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) with fluency in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English High school diploma or equivalent Ability to multi-task, navigate computer systems, and perform well in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using computers, data entry, and internet navigation to support customers Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a pet-related industry or with animals Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and helpdesk tools Certifications in customer service, such as CCSP or CSS Experience with virtual collaboration tools, such as Zoom, Slack, and webcams Skills and Competencies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to learn and grow Empathy, patience, and understanding in dealing with customers and team members Career Growth and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
