Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a professional and empathetic manner Assist customers with orders, account updates, and billing questions, providing clear and concise information and support Resolve insurance-related issues and claims, working with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our customer relationship management system to track and manage customer contacts Provide empathetic and professional support to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, working together to resolve issues and improve our customer service processes What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to work independently, using your initiative and judgment to resolve customer issues and improve our customer service processes. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities are also essential, as well as familiarity with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and email. A quiet, professional home workspace with a reliable internet connection is also required. While previous customer service experience is a plus, it is not required – we provide comprehensive paid training to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge you need to succeed.
