About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering an amazing customer experience, providing technical support, and managing customer accounts. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service and support Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Enter application data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Respond to online chat inquiries, providing prompt and effective support Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance and consistency Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, adapting to changing projects and updates Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, ensuring eligibility to proceed through training and certifications Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring compliance and professionalism Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Be at least 18 years of age or older Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days of hiring Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace Have a personal device with a functioning camera for the training period Be committed to full attendance for the paid 3-week training period Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with an ethernet connection Have cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (not compatible with mobile internet service providers, satellite, Wi-Fi internet access, or Wi-Fi adapter/extenders) Essential Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Moderate to advanced computer skills A high level of comfort learning new technology A high level of professionalism and excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfort working from home and self-motivation to succeed Preferred Experience While not required, the following experience is preferred: Previous experience in customer support or technical support role Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act Previous experience in a call center environment Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Spanish bilingual skills (a plus) What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a range of benefits, including: Paid training and a competitive hourly rate ($15.00 - $16.50 per hour) Full-time, seasonal role with opportunities for growth and development Performance and attendance-based incentives, in addition to base pay The convenience of working from home and a collaborative, supportive team environment 401K match, individual coverage HRA (ICHRA), and paid time off (PTO) Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
