Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently Managing customer accounts and providing technical support Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies Creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates Time and task management, including multitasking and task prioritization Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels Essential Qualifications To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need: To be at least 18 years of age or older A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace A personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period To commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period To complete a background check and health screening Cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible) Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology A high level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfort working from home To be self-motivated and success-driven Preferred Experience While not required, the following experience is preferred: Previous experience in customer support or technical support role Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act Previous experience in a call center Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Spanish bilingual, a plus What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with a supportive and collaborative work environment, as well as opportunities for growth and development.
