Job Overview As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering an amazing customer experience and helping to unveil the mystery of finding and enrolling in health insurance. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies.
