Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, ensuring a seamless experience for customers Assist in various customer service functions, including check-in, gate management, transfers, arrivals, luggage services, and ticketing Take direction from team leaders and work flexibly across all areas of customer service Perform administrative tasks such as pre-service and post-service duties Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to uniform standards at all times Promote and upsell blithequark services and products Attend all required training sessions, completing them within the specified timeframes Follow safety protocols and contribute to safe working practices at all times Represent blithequark with professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with customers Perform any other reasonable duties related to the role as required Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and team members.
