Overview of the Role As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of our Call Center team, supporting our organizational goals by creating an exceptional customer experience. With a shared commitment to providing outstanding service, our Communication Specialists have a direct influence on our outstanding customer retention rate. This is a fully remote position, starting on 9/11, offering a competitive hourly rate of $15.50 and a 40-hour workweek. We will provide you with the necessary equipment, as long as you have a high-speed internet connection with a download speed of 25mbps and an upload speed of 10mbps. How You'll Make an Impact In this role, you will: Engage each caller with responsiveness, care, and concern, instilling confidence that their information will be handled appropriately and that their experience matters Lead customers through a guided interview process, ensuring each question is addressed and accurately captured in a written report Prioritize attention to detail to ensure report accuracy and timely submissions, holding all reports in strict confidence Demonstrate flexibility as policies, schedules, and people you interact with often change, modeling our core values of Live It!
