Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required, with a focus on delivering exceptional service, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with customers. Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
