Essential Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent. 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Reliable internet speed and broadband connection, with a secure and dedicated workspace at home. The ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and performance. Availability to work full-time, with some shifts depending on availability, and a willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with iconic brands or in a similar industry. Proficiency in multiple customer service platforms and software applications. Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
