Job Summary In this role, you will assist passengers with various inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless travel experience. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding reservations, flight status, baggage inquiries, and other general inquiries. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to provide top-notch service to our customers, making every interaction a positive one. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding reservations, flight status, baggage inquiries, and other general inquiries. Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights as per their requirements. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, aiming for first-call resolution. Provide information about arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures to customers. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of customer requests and issues. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others. You should be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial but not mandatory.
