Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will require a high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is essential, as well as excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will need to be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
