Essential and Preferred Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, demonstrating empathy and understanding in interactions with customers. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer inquiries and issues simultaneously. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience Prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous, with a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
