Your primary goal will be to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer inquiries, tracking shipments, and resolving concerns. Key responsibilities include: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with tracking shipments, answering questions, and providing updates on delivery status. Collaborate with various teams, including logistics and customer support, to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues. Maintain a deep understanding of FedEx services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and reports. Utilize computer software and systems to manage customer interactions, track shipments, and resolve issues. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent communication skills: Both verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. You must be able to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
