Job Description: Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in providing product and service information, resolving technical issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing timely and effective support to customers Communicate internally with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge sharing Document and update customer records based on interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information Troubleshoot common issues with customers, utilizing internal and external proprietary software Assist colleagues and managers with various tasks, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team Essential Qualifications: Reside in the United States Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email Proactive and able to prioritize work effectively Superior customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients Minimum equipment requirements, including a reliable computer and internet connection Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience Experience with proprietary software and technology Leadership or team management experience What We Offer: At blithequark, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
