Key Responsibilities: Handling Emergency Signals with Care As a Remote Customer Service/Call Center Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in our 24-hour alarm monitoring services. Your primary responsibilities will include: Handling emergency signals from customers' alarm systems with urgency and professionalism. Notifying and verifying alarm signals to ensure accurate and timely responses. Dispatching the proper authorities as needed to provide assistance to our customers. Providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Working collaboratively with your team to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements: What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or related environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime. Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications. The ability to live within 45 minutes of Manasquan, New Jersey, as our training period is conducted on-site. Preferred Qualifications: Enhancing Your Application While not mandatory, the following qualifications can enhance your application: Bilingual or multilingual skills, which can be a significant asset in our diverse customer base. Previous experience in alarm monitoring or a related field. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
