To attend, please email Dawn Delk at [email protected] to RSVP! Key Responsibilities Handle emergency signals and notify/verify alarm signals in a timely and professional manner. Dispatch proper authorities as needed, ensuring a rapid response to customer emergencies. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and support. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry developments and company procedures. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or alarm monitoring environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues. Computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Reliable commute to our Manasquan, NJ location for training (within 45 minutes). Preferred Qualifications Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages. Previous experience in an alarm monitoring or security environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
