Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers who need assistance with tracking shipments, cancelling orders, refunding reward points, and resolving issues with damaged products. You will also help clients book travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises, using the points they have accumulated.
